Founded in 2009, PND Consultancy serves construction industry clients and homebuilders across Ireland.
We design homes, manage construction projects and provide quantity surveying and building surveying services.
We also work with solicitors and auctioneers on behalf of commercial and private clients.

We act as Project Supervisor Design Process (or PSDP) on small and medium projects (valued up to €10m), and have extensive experience in identifying project-specific hazards, developing coherent strategies to remove or reduce the risks involved.

Our field is property and construction. We carry out legal map marking, physical boundary definition and site surveys, as well as title map production for the Land Registry.
